Our Return Policy
We do not accept returns request based on customer’s preference or convenience.
*Examples below are classified as customer's preference and convenience:
-The product did not meet your expectations
- The size and fitting does not work with your face
-Ordered the wrong product
Product Exchange and Refund
For the following cases, we offer exchange and refund services:- Scratch marks found upon arrival of product
- Initial factory defect found in the product.
-Wrong product delivered.
If your product falls under these circumstances above, please fill out our contact form. Customer service will get back to your inquiry with instructions for the next steps. Please ensure that you have your product and receipt with you.
Once you have completed the return process, please place a new order for the product of your choice on our website.
We do not accept exchange/refund request for the following cases:
-Items that have been used (This excludes cases where it was discovered the item had a defect after using the product)
-More than 8 days have passed since the delivery date.
-Items that have been used, washed or customized.
-Product has been damaged or lost.
-Tags, labels and/or any accessories included in the product has been damaged or lost.
-Product with Odor, stain and damage caused by the customer.
For product that are valid for exchange, the deliver fee will be covered by us. When returning the product, please send by C.O.D (or similar services offered by your carrier in your region).
For items out of stock, we will provide a refund or exchange with a similar product.
Refund Method
Upon receiving a refund request, we will cancel the payment and return the payment back to your credit card company.
